Delete Your ZelpMan Account

Option 1 — In the app

Delete from inside the ZelpMan app

1. Open the ZelpMan app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm. Your account and personal data are permanently removed.

Option 2 — By email

Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email us from your registered email address:

• To: order@chirgo.com
• Subject: Delete my ZelpMan account
• Include your registered mobile number so we can verify and locate your account.

We action verified requests within 30 days and confirm by email.

What data is deleted

• Your profile: name, email, phone number, and saved addresses.
• Account credentials and login/session data.
• Saved preferences, favourites, and cart data.

What we may retain (and why)

• Booking, invoice, and payment-transaction records are retained for up to the period required by applicable tax, accounting and legal obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
• Data we are legally required to keep, or that is needed to resolve disputes and prevent fraud, is retained only for as long as necessary.
