Frequently asked questions
What is the booking fee?
The small booking fee confirms your request and assigns a verified professional to your job. The service price itself is quoted separately after the professional understands your exact requirement — you see it in the app and approve it before anything starts.
What types of pleats or stitching styles can be done?
You can choose from common styles like eyelet rings, American pleats, pencil pleats, or rod-pocket stitching based on your preference.
Can the professional install curtain tracks on false ceilings?
Yes, curtain tracks can be mounted onto reinforced false ceilings or pelmets depending on structural support.
Will the price change after I book?
The professional reviews your requirement first and proposes the final service price in the app. The service proceeds only after you approve that price, and you pay the approved amount securely in the app.
Do I need to purchase the curtain cloth before the visit?
You can keep your preferred fabric ready, or discuss fabric length and lining requirements with the professional during the initial measurement visit.
