Frequently asked questions
How much space do you need?
One parking slot and a water point for the wash — the technician carries everything else.
Is doorstep service as thorough as a service centre?
For periodic servicing, yes — the same consumables and checks, done in front of you. Jobs needing lifts or special tools are honestly referred to a workshop.
Do you use genuine engine oil?
Yes — sealed branded oils in grades matching your bike, opened in front of you, with the empty handed back.
What is the booking fee?
The small booking fee confirms your request and assigns a verified professional to your job. The service price itself is quoted separately after the professional understands your exact requirement — you see it in the app and approve it before anything starts.
Will the price change after I book?
The professional reviews your requirement first and proposes the final service price in the app. The service proceeds only after you approve that price, and you pay the approved amount securely in the app.
