Do you repair the battery pack?
No — high-voltage packs are strictly for authorised centres, for your safety. Everything around them — brakes, tyres, suspension, charger checks — we handle.
Will the price change after I book?
The professional reviews your requirement first and proposes the final service price in the app. The service proceeds only after you approve that price, and you pay the approved amount securely in the app.
What is the booking fee?
The small booking fee confirms your request and assigns a verified professional to your job. The service price itself is quoted separately after the professional understands your exact requirement — you see it in the app and approve it before anything starts.
Will doorstep service void my warranty?
In-warranty vehicles should use brand service for anything covered — we say so upfront. For out-of-warranty EVs, our service follows manufacturer-safe procedures.
My EV's range has dropped — can you fix it?
We check the fixable causes first — tyre pressure, brake drag, charger behaviour and riding-mode settings. Genuine battery degradation is identified honestly and referred to the brand centre.
