What's included:
- Inspection of sink, washbasin, or floor drain waste outlets
- Dismantling and removal of cracked or rusted drain pipes
- Fitting and sealing of new waste pipe connections
- Testing water flow to check for leakages or backflow
Once the plumbing professional evaluates the layout and pipe routing, you can review and approve the final quote in the app before work begins.

Frequently asked questions
How long does a waste pipe replacement take?
Most standard sink or basin waste pipe replacements are completed within an hour, depending on accessibility and existing pipe conditions.
Will the price change after I book?
The professional reviews your requirement first and proposes the final service price in the app. The service proceeds only after you approve that price, and you pay the approved amount securely in the app.
Will this resolve foul drainage smells under the sink?
Replacing broken pipes and installing proper trap connections stops leaks and helps prevent sewer odours from rising into the room.
Do I need to arrange the replacement pipes beforehand?
You can keep the pipe materials ready if you prefer, or the plumber can source suitable fittings for you after checking the pipe dimensions.
What is the booking fee?
The small booking fee confirms your request and assigns a verified professional to your job. The service price itself is quoted separately after the professional understands your exact requirement — you see it in the app and approve it before anything starts.
