The small booking fee confirms your request and assigns a verified professional to your job. The service price itself is quoted separately after the professional inspects your exact need — you see it in the app and approve it before any work starts.
Are the professionals verified?
All professionals on ZelpMan are background-checked and experienced before they are listed.
Will the price change after I book?
Yes. The professional reviews the actual work and updates the final price in the app. You will see the updated amount and pay the balance securely.
How is moving priced?
The professional assesses items, distance and floors, then shares the final price in the app — you pay the balance after the booking fee.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes — manage it from My Bookings before the service starts, as per our cancellation policy.
