Frequently asked questions
How is diamond polishing different from wax polishing?
Wax is a temporary shine that wears off in weeks. Diamond polishing re-grinds the stone surface itself, restoring a hard mirror gloss that lasts years.
Will there be dust all over the house?
No — our machines run with water and dust-control, and we mask and clean each room as we finish it.
Can old yellowed marble really look new again?
In most cases yes — grinding removes the aged surface layer. Deep chemical stains may leave slight traces, which the professional shows you during inspection.
Will the price change after I book?
The professional inspects the actual work first and proposes the final service price in the app. Work starts only after you approve that price, and you pay the approved amount securely in the app.
What is the booking fee?
The small booking fee confirms your request and assigns a verified professional to your job. The service price itself is quoted separately after the professional inspects your exact need — you see it in the app and approve it before any work starts.
