Frequently asked questions
What is the booking fee?
The small booking fee confirms your request and assigns a verified professional to your job. The service price itself is quoted separately after the professional understands your exact requirement — you see it in the app and approve it before anything starts.
Can I give 10–15 sarees together?
Absolutely — wedding-shopping hauls are our favourite. Bulk pickups get priority turnaround and per-saree pricing.
Will the price change after I book?
The professional reviews your requirement first and proposes the final service price in the app. The service proceeds only after you approve that price, and you pay the approved amount securely in the app.
Is pico safe for delicate silk and chiffon?
Yes — edge-rolling is done with thread tension suited to each fabric, the standard finish even for fine silks.
Will the fall colour match my saree exactly?
Yes — falls are selected against your saree's border shade, and for unusual colours the closest match is confirmed with you before stitching.
