Frequently asked questions
Will the price change after I book?
The professional reviews your requirement first and proposes the final service price in the app. The service proceeds only after you approve that price, and you pay the approved amount securely in the app.
How do I know the weighing is honest?
Digital scales are placed in front of you, item by item, and the rate card is shown before weighing starts — no rounding games.
Is there a minimum quantity?
A small minimum keeps pickups viable — bundle newspapers with cartons and old items to cross it easily.
What is the booking fee?
The small booking fee confirms your request and assigns a verified professional to your job. The service price itself is quoted separately after the professional understands your exact requirement — you see it in the app and approve it before anything starts.
Do you take old ACs, fridges and e-waste?
Yes — appliances and e-waste fetch the best value and are routed to authorised recyclers, never informal dumping.
