Frequently asked questions
Will the price change after I book?
The professional reviews your requirement first and proposes the final service price in the app. The service proceeds only after you approve that price, and you pay the approved amount securely in the app.
What is the booking fee?
The small booking fee confirms your request and assigns a verified professional to your job. The service price itself is quoted separately after the professional understands your exact requirement — you see it in the app and approve it before anything starts.
How do I keep snakes from coming back?
The rescuer shows you the likely entry points — gaps, wood piles, rodent activity — and simple fixes that make your home uninviting.
How fast can a rescuer reach?
Snake calls get emergency priority — the nearest trained rescuer is dispatched, typically within the hour in city zones. Keep watching from a distance so you can point out where it went.
Will the snake be killed?
Never — snakes are protected under wildlife law and ecologically vital. Rescuers relocate them to suitable habitat away from homes.
