Frequently asked questions
Will the price change after I book?
The professional reviews your requirement first and proposes the final service price in the app. The service proceeds only after you approve that price, and you pay the approved amount securely in the app.
How early should we discuss the event schedule with the videographer?
Sharing your timeline a few days before the events helps the team plan camera setups, lighting, and key ceremony shots smoothly.
Can we share music preferences for the wedding film?
Yes, you can share preferred music genres or tracks, and the editing team will incorporate suitable options into the final film.
How long after the wedding do we receive the edited video?
A teaser highlight is usually shared first, followed by the complete edited cinematic film within the timeline agreed upon in your quote.
What is the booking fee?
The small booking fee confirms your request and assigns a verified professional to your job. The service price itself is quoted separately after the professional understands your exact requirement — you see it in the app and approve it before anything starts.
