Frequently asked questions
Will the price change after I book?
The professional reviews your requirement first and proposes the final service price in the app. The service proceeds only after you approve that price, and you pay the approved amount securely in the app.
What is the booking fee?
The small booking fee confirms your request and assigns a verified professional to your job. The service price itself is quoted separately after the professional understands your exact requirement — you see it in the app and approve it before anything starts.
How many prints do guests get?
Unlimited digital shots with instant prints per package — popular packages include one print per group visit, and everything lands in your digital album.
How much space does the booth need?
About 8×8 feet with a power point — indoors or covered outdoor corners both work.
Can the backdrop match our wedding theme?
Yes — backdrop and print-frame designs are matched to your theme colours and names.
