Frequently asked questions
What if I need the driver longer than planned?
Extend by the hour in the app — the driver confirms availability and the extra time is billed at the same approved rate.
How are the drivers verified?
Every driver's licence is validated, identity confirmed and background checked before they take a single booking — and their details are visible to you in the app before the trip.
Will the price change after I book?
The professional reviews your requirement first and proposes the final service price in the app. The service proceeds only after you approve that price, and you pay the approved amount securely in the app.
Can the driver handle my automatic SUV?
Yes — you mention your car type at booking and a driver experienced with that transmission and size is assigned.
What is the booking fee?
The small booking fee confirms your request and assigns a verified professional to your job. The service price itself is quoted separately after the professional understands your exact requirement — you see it in the app and approve it before anything starts.
