Frequently asked questions
Will the price change after I book?
The professional reviews your requirement first and proposes the final service price in the app. The service proceeds only after you approve that price, and you pay the approved amount securely in the app.
Are night drives safe?
We plan sensible halts and our conduct standards mandate rest breaks — drivers won't do unsafe marathon stretches, for your family's sake and theirs.
Who pays for the driver's food and stay on multi-day trips?
Standard practice is the customer covers reasonable food and night accommodation (or a fixed allowance) — it's stated clearly in your quote so there are no surprises.
Can I book one-way and send the driver back?
Yes — one-way bookings include the driver's return arrangement in the quote, transparently.
What is the booking fee?
The small booking fee confirms your request and assigns a verified professional to your job. The service price itself is quoted separately after the professional understands your exact requirement — you see it in the app and approve it before anything starts.
