Frequently asked questions
What details do I need for a consultation?
Date, exact time and place of birth give the most accurate chart. If birth time is unknown, the astrologer works with prashna and other traditional methods.
Can the consultation happen over a phone or video call?
Yes — in-person at your home or over a call, whichever you book. The reading quality is the same since it works from your birth details.
What is the booking fee?
The small booking fee confirms your request and assigns a verified professional to your job. The service price itself is quoted separately after the professional understands your exact requirement — you see it in the app and approve it before anything starts.
Will the price change after I book?
The professional reviews your requirement first and proposes the final service price in the app. The service proceeds only after you approve that price, and you pay the approved amount securely in the app.
Will I be pushed to buy expensive remedies?
No — our astrologers explain remedies only where tradition suggests them, with honest, simple options. No fear tactics and no pressure to purchase anything.
