Frequently asked questions
Will the price change after I book?
The professional reviews your requirement first and proposes the final service price in the app. The service proceeds only after you approve that price, and you pay the approved amount securely in the app.
Can you check a flat before we buy it?
Yes — pre-purchase vastu checks for flats and plots are among our most-booked consultations, and can even be done from a floor plan first.
Do vastu corrections always mean breaking and rebuilding?
No — most homes improve with placement, usage and simple non-structural changes, which our consultants recommend first. Structural options are discussed only if you want them.
Do you consult for shops and offices too?
Yes — shops, offices and clinics, with recommendations that respect how your business actually operates.
What is the booking fee?
The small booking fee confirms your request and assigns a verified professional to your job. The service price itself is quoted separately after the professional understands your exact requirement — you see it in the app and approve it before anything starts.
