Frequently asked questions
We don't know the exact birth time — can a horoscope still be made?
Yes — the astrologer uses birth-time rectification methods from known life events, and notes the assumptions clearly in the document.
How long does it take?
Typically 2–4 days for a complete written jatakam with explanation session, depending on the detail level you choose.
Will the price change after I book?
The professional reviews your requirement first and proposes the final service price in the app. The service proceeds only after you approve that price, and you pay the approved amount securely in the app.
What is the booking fee?
The small booking fee confirms your request and assigns a verified professional to your job. The service price itself is quoted separately after the professional understands your exact requirement — you see it in the app and approve it before anything starts.
In which languages can the jatakam be prepared?
Telugu, Tamil, Hindi and English — printed as a keepsake booklet or delivered as a PDF, or both.
